You can use SetBrowser to automatically modify key registry settings
that are used in Windows to launch the "default" web browser.

Note that because every system is setup differently, this process does
NOT always work right!

Note: apparently, Outlook Express will launch Internet Explorer no
matter what the default web browser is ;)
